User and certificate are created fine, but this crash is reported, running 2.4.5.a.20190212.1501

Tried on 2.4.4-p3. I do not observe the issue. User and its cert were created without errors and warnings. I tried to create user and cert as well as create user and add its cert later, result the same no issue.
