OpenVPN 2.4.7 released last week, needs updated in the OpenVPN client export package: https://openvpn.net/community-downloads/
Looks like a maintenance release, not a security release, so not a priority.

The OpenVPN 2.4.7 Windows installer is included in OpenVPN Client Export Package version 1.4.18_3, which is available now.
Works fine for me in testing but could use additional confirmation.
