for example:
I have 4 pfsense devices, A,B,C,D
I add 3 phase 1 rules in device A in IKEv2 to connect B(con1000) C(con2000) and D(con3000)
I can see these 3 IPSec tunnel is established, I can use A to make a connection to A and B, but i cannot make a connection to D.
also in device D, I add 3 rules to A(con1000) B(con2000) and C(con3000), I can make a conncetion to A B but cannot to C. (A device has add this rules, established, and A cannot connect D now)

Not enough information. This is most likely a configuration or environment issue. Please post on the forum to discuss the problem until a reproducible bug can be identified.
