Description
I had same configuration that worked in 2.4.4. I had Codel limiters set in floating rule to limit users for QOS. I have the limits set in Limiters and apply a floating rule at the WAN/out. There is a WANUpque and a WANDownque. It worked great til i tried 2.5.0. When I remove the WANDownque in the floating rule all traffic works again. So for now I have WANUpque going to use QOS on the upload.
