Description

Adds a new tab to the Squid Server Web GUI to configure WPAD settings and setup a PAC file.
This would give users the ability to paste in text for their PAC file.
DHCP/DNS settings would be automatically configured.
Automatic 'proxy.pac' creation in '/usr/local/www' along with symlinks to 'wpad.dat' and 'wpad.da'.
Additional HTTP web server instance creation in the event that PfSense Web GUI runs on HTTPS.
Web server MIME types would also be setup to serve PAC files.
Any firewall rules to disallow outside access could also be optionally enabled to improve security.

This seems like fundamental functionality that the squid server package should provide for users who wish to use it.
The entire feature can be optional for users who wish to host it themselves.

Since this would turn the firewall web server into a WPAD web server for the local network, it will never be added. That must be handled by a separate web server, not the firewall.
