Description

After upgrading pfSense to version 2.4.4-RELEASE-p3 users in the Admins group are unable to manage accounts or create new accounts, instead they are redirected to their password change screen.

This user nevertheless has access to all other features of pfSense, only the part of User Manager that has problems.
