When a CARP VIP Non enabled vlan on lagg interface is configured for a disabled interface, active after reboot. On web interface it is still configured by pfSense during the boot process even though the main shows as not enabled. Ifconfig on console shows interface address is not present. This leads to up. Enabling and disabling interface again removes the interface being active when it should not be. CARP VIPs for disabled interfaces should be skipped. from system (until reboot).
