Set root shell to rc.initial

• Change default passwords to pfsense for admin and root
• Change default shell to /etc/rc.initial

Add isakmpd user for sasyncd

Add trailing line

Add _dhcpd users

Remove many unneeded ports suggested by craSH

• Use /bin/sh for root login
• Use /bin/csh for option 8 shell to avoid respawning the /etc/rc.inintial script
• Allow scp to firewall now correctly

Use CSH since its more flexible with su.

Use regular shell and call console menu from .shrc

Let user SSH in as admin instead of root only (requested for consistency)
Full path to sshd
