The for attribute of the label element must refer to a non-hidden form control. '<label for="inputPassword3" class="col-sm-3 control-label">Hidden services</label>' Can't find an "inputPassword3" form element this binds too. Maybe it's a placeholder for future feature. Leaving it for now.
