Simply call exit_with_hooks. We do not need to pass it a return value.

No need to check for rc.newwanip, the file will exist on pfSense

• No need to rely on exit-hooks to spawn rc.newwanip, do it here.
• Exit with 0!

Add athctrl.sh which helps in setting distance
