When reinstalling a package, honor $pkg_interface

Set package output mode to console

Use ftpsesame instead of FTP proxy when we are not using outbound NAT.

Correct the ordering of unsetting the item and running the delete command. The delete command should be run after the unset so it can populate information correctly such as tinydns's data file.

Put ntpdate in ntp logs.

force a time sync early in the boot before we start any services.
This especially important for dhcp when used in failover.
Let NTPd keep the time in sync.

Nuke old and unused code which was commented out.
