Enable polling for an interface if it supports it.

Thanks to the revised polling code that is SMP compatible!

Use -c

webGUI -> webConfigurator

Do not bring down carp interfaces one by one, let the normal shutdown procedure handle

Make get_number_of_bridged_interfaces() a little more industrial strength by actually looking at the bridge numbers instead of the quantity of bridges
