Add a clean loader.rc. Somehow our loader.rc is getting trashed.
Disable thermal checking until ACPI is fixed.
Remove stale / unused files
Add userconfig_script_load
Restore previous loader.conf
Update loader.conf
turn off dma on boot
Turn DMA on ATAPI devices. This will be stanard on 5.4-REL.
