Now that we have a solution for PPTP passthrough unbreak other GRE traffic passing
through pfSense when PPTP redirecting is active.

Actually make the ipfw hook first one.
In multi-WAN case it may not see the packet at all if it is as the last hook.

Kill the source node too after killing the states.
In multi-WAN case this may matter.
