Replace --route-nopul with --pull-filter

Description
Since the option --route-nopull is under discussion to be deprecated I would like to propose it to be replaced by --pull-filter.
--pull-filter allows for fine grained filtering options pushed by the server.
A checkbox, when ticked reveals a box to enter the options to filter.

Rereading this, many use route-nopull.
The proposal becomes to add it instead of replace.
