Description

After upgrade from fresh 2.4.5 install to the latest available 2.5.0 version (2.5.0.a.20200312.1338) on SG-3100, interfaces OPT1 and WAN were down with status: no carrier, even if a cable was plugged in. The upgrade process has had a lot of warnings.

That is quite an old snapshot and I've been running it on SG-3100 for months. This is not a general issue and might be specific to your environment. Either way, once we have new 12-STABLE snapshots it needs re-tested as many things have changed since that snapshot, there just haven't been new builds yet.
