Description

OpenVPN client 2.4.9 was released.
It would be cool to have it updated: https://openvpn.net/community-downloads/

This particular update is interesting, because it fixes some things around Windows 10 service.

All done and tested. Exported installer is 2.4.9 and it works (installs, connects, etc) as expected.
