Description

Post the merge of the remote-tracking branch 'origin/stable/12' into devel-12 on Jun 12th. if_em0 interfaces wont pass VLAN traffic after a reboot.
If you ifconfig down and up the parent interface they will often come back online.

I believe it is related to the following bug.

Looks like this fix was just MFCed to 12-stable under MFC r362063. So it should be fixed next time pfSense is rebased.

which just happened. the 2.5 sources were rebased and this fix is already applied.
