Please add an option for Status->System Logs->Firewall so that when one opens either "Normal View" or "Dynamic View", the "Advanced Log Filter" interface is shown by default.

Already possible. System > General, check "Log Filter". Also possible in per-user settings.

Sorry, I meant the "Advanced Log Filter" interface open with that requested option.
With your suggestion, the "Advanced Log Filter" interface is shown, but one has to click that plus sign to actually go into it.
Less clicks is more time spent troubleshooting for me :)
