Hide WireGuard interfaces from Interface Assignments pages

Description
it's not needed on VLAN, QinQ, PPP, BRIDGES pages
also: VPN / L2TP, PPPoE server
IPsec, OpenVPN ?

Commit is coming momentarily which prevents WireGuard interfaces from being used in VLAN, QinQ, LAGG, and Bridges.
The other uses may have some valid use cases (not common/recommended, but still valid) so should be allowed for now.
