package install failed pfSense: 2.4.5_1

Description
I setup PFsence with a basic setup back in November and finally got around to moving my network over to it. I just tried to to install the Snort plugging and I get the below failure. this also happens with the Squid plugin. I saw a older post with the same issue but the solution was to upgrade to the version I'm already no. not sure what to do. Can some one help.

pfSense-pkg-snort: 4.1.2_3 [pfSense]
snort: 2.9.16.1 [pfSense]

pkg-static: If you are sure you want to remove pfSense,
