Description
Changing anything related to DHCP server (including adding a static mapping) even on a different subnet is cycling all the interfaces, therefore, lose complete access for around a minute.

I can't replicate this as stated, DHCP Server saving triggers a filter reload and restarts the DHCP daemon (and maybe DNS depending on your options) but wouldn't touch interfaces. You have something else going on, and it's likely a configuration or environment issue that needs more troubleshooting. However, this site is not for support or diagnostic discussion.
