Feedback:

I had accidentally set the SYNC interface IP-addresses to the DHCP Failover Peer IP -fields.
I think it would be good if this troubleshooting guide included a bullet point to check that the Failover Peer IP -addresses are correct, and that they are the firewall's IP addresses in the particular subnet instead of the SYNC interface addresses.
This is stated in the configuration recipe, but can easily be missed so adding it here wouldn't probably do any harm.
