Traffic graphs on dashboard double upload on pppoe links

Description

This is a long standing issue, also existing on previous versions
When looking at graphs, upload traffic appears at exact double speed compared to the physical lan interface it is bound to.

Happens always, See screenshot

Physical interface graph is the correct one.

It happens when comparing pppoe traffic and physical interface. Physical shows correct values.

This issue is still present in 23.05.1

I also run a traffic shaper on WAN.

What's not shown in the traffic graph are the three wireguard interfaces carrying the LAN2 traffic over the WAN.

Update 1: if I disable the traffic shaper the traffic graph widget shows the correct values.

Update 2: the isue seems related to VPN/wireguard traffic. My TV does not use the VPN and the traffic graph is correct for that traffic (see data spike on attached wan-lan-with-shaper-no-vpn-ok-Screenshot 2023-07-03 205351)

Update 3: update 2 was a red herring, non-VPN traffic is also counted twice.
