Description

Currently, only Oracle-run DynDNS is supported as an IP Check provider due to the code that parses an IP Check service's response being [hard-coded](https://github.com/pfsense/pfsense/blob/v2.5.1/src/etc/inc/services.inc#L2206) to be only compatible with their nonstandard API.

At a bare minimum, standard IP Check providers, such as Google Domains, icanhazip, Namecheap, and arbitrary or self-hosted IP Check services should be supported, given [DynDNS's flaky history](https://developers.slashdot.org/story/19/06/25/1920223/oracle-dyn-dns-services-shutting-down-in-2020) over gratis services. Ideally, other well-known or established IP Check providers (especially those already recognized within the DDNS update client itself's code), such as FreeDNS (Afraid.org) might be supported, too.
