Setup dumpon/savecore and friends to aid debugging

Description
On systems where we have a swap partition (read: full installs) we should setup the equivalent of the FreeBSD scripts /etc/rc.d/dumpon and /etc/rc.d/savecore and the dumpdev/dumpdir variables, to aid in debugging. textdump would be ideal.
- Status changed from New to Feedback
dumpon/savecore are now run at boot on full installs (with swap space). Of course you'll need enough swap space to hold the contents of RAM, but since the installer normally does RAM*2 it should be OK for most.
It should show up in the next snapshot.
Dumps will show up in /var/crash/

Something isn't quite right with textdump support. I can trigger the panic, I see the textdump script run, but savecore never picks up the textdump on the next boot. It was working fine without textdumps though.
- Status changed from New to Feedback
This should be good in the latest snaps.
- Status changed from Feedback to Resolved
This works ok marking as resolved.
