Priority of qOthersLow higher than default queues

Description

I posted in the forum (https://forum.netgate.com/post/1002109) but received no response so far.

In the wizard for various schedulers (PRIQ, CBQ), qOthersLow on LAN is a higher priority (3) than the default queue qLink (2). It seems like it should be lower than default, to not prioritize the "low" priority traffic?

For PRIQ on WAN qDefault is 3, qOthersLow is 2.

I've seen this most recently on 2.5.2 and 21.05.1 so I'll put that down, but I don't know when it "started."
