PDF builds are failing with an error:

! LaTeX Error: Too deeply nested.

This has happened before when a definition list was too deeply nested. See #11722 for example.

Also while here, the testpdf target in draft.sh is not working, it's referencing directories that don't exist/make sense given the current structure of things.
