Change gateway name

Description
After clicking on a gateway on system_gateways_edit.php, which takes the user to e.g., system_gateways_edit.php?id=0, the Name field is user editable but changing it and clicking the Save button results in the error, "Changing name on a gateway is not allowed."
If the gateway name cannot be changed, then it should not be listed as user-editable field. If it is editable under some circumstances, then those should be listed in the error.
This was seen on 22.01 and 2.5.2.

There's no functionality to rename the gateway/group and update all of the places where it could be used. That could be implemented, or the field could be locked on edit.

I'd like to upvote this enhancement (or whatever the process is). Not being able to rename gateways is quite inconvenient in some circumstances and the workarounds are very cumbersome.
