After clicking on a gateway on system_gateways_edit.php, which takes the user to e.g., system_gateways_edit.php?id=0, the Name field is user editable but changing it and clicking the Save button results in the error, "Changing name on a gateway is not allowed."

If the gateway name cannot be changed, then it should not be listed as user-editable field. If it is editable under some circumstances, then those should be listed in the error.

This was seen on 22.01 and 2.5.2.
