Description

This relates to Bug #11613 and Bug #12811

Trying to work around Bug #12811 I set up a Gateway Group containing 2 WireGuard endpoints, should have been triggered by packet loss.
I created a static route for each endpoint, one exiting via DSL (PPPoE) and one via LTE (DHCP).
After restarting the WireGuard service, the service immediately crashed.
Rebooting the machine lead to the same issue.

I got patches ec73bb89489d830ec21c4e04ffa3ec401791b55d and c467ca2f35c102aae897424a2fda08e9b2ace673 installed.

Thanks in advance

  • Project changed from pfSense to pfSense Packages
  • Category changed from Routing to WireGuard
  • Release Notes deleted (Default)

Seems highly unlikely it's related to policy routing, but maybe the way the service is restarted or the conditions at the time it is restarted.
