Since update 22.05, blocking mac addresses in captive portal no longer works. Is this related to this bug?: https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/13323#change-62565

As mentioned, more info would be needed for 22.05 to be considered a bug. Note that even after the MAC rule has been changed to be blocked, old states may still pass the traffic.

I'm unable to reproduce this on the latest snap. Edit: Issue reproduced on related redmine.
