Description
There is an issue with certain configurations upgrading OpenVPN from 1.2.3 to 2.0. I have several config samples that exhibit this behavior from people on the forum. These configurations upgrade normally when OpenVPN is removed from their config.xml prior to the upgrade attempt.
Adding this ticket so the issue doesn't get lost. At the moment I haven't yet found any commonalities.
