Description
Hi all,
I have upgrade to 23.01.b.20221216.0600 however when you go to
System > Packet Manager > Available Packages there is nothing displayed as available.
This is will need to be investigated/remediated.

This is likely either a duplicate of #13743 (fixed by picking the right update branch) or another known issue where if you have the dashboard update check disabled it can lead to a situation where the system can't pull package data because it hasn't yet checked for updates. We're tracking that internally.
