Description

Suricata 6.0.9 and later supports a new Makefile build option called NETMAP_V14. This enables a binary build using the new multiple host stack ring API for the netmap used for Inline IPS Mode operation in the Suricata package. The upcoming release of Suricata 6.0.10 on pfSense CE and pfSense Plus will require this new option be added and enabled.

Add new option knob and mark it "set force enabled" in the Suricata section of the make.conf file used when building FreeBSD-ports packages for pfSense.

I will be submitting the pull request to accomplish this request as soon as pfSense Plus 23.01 exits RC status and goes RELEASE.
