Description

The PPTP subnet size and number of users field needs to be combined as it is in m0n0wall, since the two are tied together, splitting it apart is confusing and largely pointless.

This wasn't synced up with m0n0wall properly, PPTP is broken now (vpn_pptp.php at least, not sure about back end).
