Description
After upgrading to 23.01, if the WAN interface receives an IP address from the same range of addresses as configured on one of the (V)LAN interfaces, no traffic is routed to the Internet. This behavior is new in 23.01, in 22.05 this was not an issue.

This behavior has existed for as long as I can remember. For example, the "Getting Started" guides for all appliances contain a warning addressing this, see:

As it stands it's considered unsupported/invalid configuration rather than a bug, hence I am closing this report.
