Clean up outdated references to "Factory" edition

There are a few remaining references in the documentation to the old "Factory" edition ("FE") name that need updated to reference Plus instead.
Main docs repo:
source/config/register.rst:Netgate® hardware purchased with Factory Edition (FE) pfSense software before source/config/register.rst: software or the older Factory Edition of pfSense software. Most hardware is source/install/upgrade-guide.rst:version of pfSense CE software. pfSense Plus or Factory edition software will source/packages/ipsec-export.rst:on pfSense® Plus as well as older Factory Edition versions of pfSense software.

There are some references left but they are describing the change itself or specifically referring to the older factory edition (not plus) and are still relevant.
Changes are already pushed and live.
