The file "/boot/loader.conf.local" does not exist. Please add instruction to the User whether this file needs to be created (or should exist) or the commands are to be added to the "/boot/loader.conf" file instead.

That file is mentioned many times throughout the docs, and having to mention every time that the file should be created if it doesn't exist seems like overkill.
Though maybe we can make a doc dedicated to creating/editing that file and link/reference it in all the other places it gets mentioned.
