dynamic dns for wireguard peer

Description
Dear team;
we have multiple business with many branches the have smb internet with no static ip address assigned to them which need to connect to each other. We have setup a dynamic dns services on those firewalls from pfsense yet as per my basic understanding is that if you configure a hostname in wireguard it will not auto update the ip address when it changes nor does it do dns query to check every 5 mintues unlike aliases.
Is it possible to setup the wireguard hostname to also accept aliases such that we can dynamically connect to between wireguard servers. (as per my understanding is that aliases hostname to IP update every 5 minutes which means that there would be auto-connection within approximately 5-10 minutes)
