Feedback:
The instructions in this example say "Click Create Phase 1 at the top of the screen +if it appears ".... if you already have a mobile client tunnel created the button will NOT appear, and the button takes you to a special hidden page VPN>IPSec>Mobile Clients>Edit Phase 1. Although this page looks identical as if going to VPN>IPSec>Tunnels and selecting the button "+Add P1", it is not the same page and different options are available. This is likely due to the (undocumented?) limitation that only one IPSec tunnel, regardless if disabled or not, can be associated as Mobile Client.
..."if it appears" is not optional, the button MUST appear as it is the only way to get to the hidden page and will ONLY appear if no other tunnels associated as Mobile Client exist. I don't know if the real bug is a poorly written example, a poorly written configuration page, or poorly implemented feature.

The button appears only if you don't already have a mobile P1. If you already have a mobile P1, you can't create one, you edit the existing mobile P1.
This is not a documentation problem or a bug.

if you don't see anything at least worth mentioning in the documentation then....Wow...
