Description

Even with a freshly created cert and Bind user login/pass it fails to bind with the message:

/system_authservers.php: ERROR! ldap_get_user_ous() could not bind to server.

It seems the TLS talk between the client and server went smoothly (packet capture attached)

I can confirm this behavior with Google LDAPS. It seems that everything "works" when manually querying LDAP, but something in the UI gets hung up in the PHP code. Not clear what.

I suspect it is related to issue #15060, I didn't test with only one LDAP backend configured.
