Description

Deleting a CARP IP from firewall_virtual_ip.php does not remove it.

On a positive note, 'ifconfig vip0 destroy' does work, and no longer panics the system as destroying CARP interfaces in FreeBSD pre-8 did. So we don't need to force a reboot anymore.
