Description

XMLRPC is not syncing the installed packages configurations sent by client.

XMLRPC.php file has this function merge_installedpackages_section but it is never called in whole code. Therefore it is not updating the config changes for installed packages.

Please have a look and fix the issue as high availability setup is not working without this.
