Static IP on interface not updating properly

I don't know if this behavior is as desired or if it's even a new issue with 2.0 rc2.

I've found that when you change the static IP address of an interface even after hitting apply the IP address remains set to the old IP address. The WebUI is showing the new IP address. In order to get the interface to change it's IP address you have to disable the interface and then re-enable it. At which point it's IP address will now be the correct new IP address.

This is more of an annoyance than anything but I would expect that if you hit apply it should take down the interface and bring it back up with the new IP address and that these extra steps shouldn't be required.

Is this on a current snapshot? That bug was fixed a week or so ago (there is already a ticket for it, #1522, reopen the old ticket instead of opening a new one if you still have a problem).

I swear I searched the bugs to make sure I wasn't creating a duplicate :).

My snapshot is from May 15th. So I'll update to the newest snapshot this weekend and will reopen the old ticket if I'm still seeing that behavior.
