Description
I had a VM panic mid-upgrade between development snapshots (From mid-may to now) and after the device rebooted, it left a ZFS Boot Environment in such a state that it still believes it is mid-upgrade and there are no options in the GUI to act on the broken BE.
The icon by the entry is spinning and there are no icons in the Actions area.
The system successfully completed an upgrade and even after that point the broken entry still believed it was mid-upgrade.
I was able to use bectl destroy mydefault to remove the broken BE from the shell.
