Description
While testing #15604 I noticed that the Status > Monitoring graphs do not correctly display VTI traffic.
These are graphs of a 15-minute iperf5 run. The IPsec graphs look correct but the received traffic on the VTI interfaces is not displayed. Note that all states were on VTI2 so outbound (reply) traffic being lopsided makes sense.

Note that the Status > Traffic graphs appear to be correct.
