Feedback:
Greetings, I was having this issue and was having trouble with reading various logs because time is off by a strange amount of time... like 5 hours and some minutes like 25. That caused me to search for searching to fix that issue and I stumbled onto this redit post:
https://www.reddit.com/r/PFSENSE/comments/qu28ul/time_problem_cant_figure_this_out/
which states:
"I still had the DNS issue and to resolve that, I unchecked the option called "Enable DNSSEC Support". Once that was off, the name that wouldn't resolve, started resolving."
I feel that should be added to the troubleshooting/website-access-issues.html page I'm giving feedback on.
to be clear a new recomendation in the help guide I'm commenting on is to: go to Services > DNS resolver > General Settings and unselect 'Enable DNSSEC Suppport'.
Thank you for considering my request that will hopefully help people in the future.

That is not a common problem on its own, not enough to warrant calling that much attention to it at that high a level.
That doc already links to the more thorough Troubleshooting Network Connectivity document which in turn links to specific documentation on Troubleshooting DNS Resolution Issues which covers that sort of DNSSEC problem
So if someone is actually following the recommended troubleshooting suggestions, they'd end up there.
