Description

When the Captive Portal is configured to use RADIUS and Accounting Updates are selected. One needs to select 'Reauthentication' before the 'Accounting Updates' can be configured.
'Accounting Updates' should be configurable when the Accounting check box is enabled. The updates section should also be moved up one row so it is consistent with the flow of the Accounting section.
