Description
Tested on
25.03-BETA (amd64) built on Thu Mar 6 1:40:00 UTC 2025 FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT
When attempting to reinstall all packages in Diagnostics > Backup & Restore on a fresh install it loads for awhile and then logs the following in the system logs:
2025/03/08 21:59:15 [error] 40877#100287: *28 upstream timed out (60: Operation timed out) while reading upstream, client: 192.168.2.2, server: , request: "POST /pkg_mgr_install.php HTTP/2.0", upstream: "fastcgi://unix:/var/run/php-fpm.socket:", host: "192.168.2.155", referrer: "https://192.168.2.155/pkg_mgr_install.php?mode=reinstallall"
Reverting to
25.03-RC (amd64) built on Fri Feb 21 2:54:00 UTC 2025 FreeBSD 15.0-CURRENT, or even installing an additional package before attempting, makes it work as expected.
I do notice that ipsec-profile-wizard is the only package that gets reinstalled in 25.03.r.20250221.0254.

Unable to reproduce using the latest Netgate Installer version.

I can confirm testing with
netgate-installer-v1.1-DEVELOPMENT-amd64-20250315-0308.isodoesn't produce this issue, but the direct install or the 1.0 installer does.
I'm going to mark this as closed.
